I would be commenting on my experiences with organization. Coming from a technie background, we learn a lot of things, and we wish organizations learn a lot of things too.
For example, some years back, you wouldn't be sure if organization uses email as key service within it. Today you can't even imagine an organization that doesn't run on email.
So what technologies can result in organizational effectiveness? No - we don't focus on mission critical systems, but day-to-day systems that everyone should, in personal capability, learn and use for benefit of organization.
